Based on the concepts and practices in our popular Developing Senior Management Skills & Developing Mid-Management Skills, we are pleased to offer Front Line Employee Skills. This three-day workshop (24 elective hours credit) is designed for new and existing employees alike. It is intended to assist line employees to focus on positive, effective team behaviors; personal productivity and accountability; effective communication; and understanding how their attitudes and choices can contribute to or detract from achievement of the organization’s mission.
